Anna Gunn to Guest Star on Lie to Me

Michael Ausiello has reported that “Breaking Bad” alum Anna Gunn is going to guest star in season three’s third episode, scheduled to air November 24th. According to Ausiello, she’ll “play Internal Affairs Detective Jenkins, an ambitious, politically savvy police officer on the fast track to the top. She realizes Lightman is someone who must be handled with caution as she tries to bring down Detective Wallowski.” As you may remember, Detective Wallowski is a “crooked cop” being played by Monique Curnen.

    hm. by ‘bringing down’, do they mean the detective (monique curnen) is gonna get kicked out of the show?
    cause then i guess i wouldn’t mind. too much sexual interferences for cal these days.

    Yeah, or do they mean she wants to be in Curnen’s shoes? If THAT’s so, then it’s double trouble.

    @Angel @Casey To “bring down” generally has the connotation of someone being caught in, or perhaps rather “stopped” from what they’re doing wrong. So, in this case, as an IA Detective, Jenkins is going to help catch Det. Wallowski. Hope that helps clear it up.

    wow i wonder how much zoey will hang out in the lightman group in season 3 with so many new girls…. 2 detectives, a deaf assistant, along with foster and zoey.

    i think lightman is enjoying the attention.

    While I fully appreciate how many chicks get brought onto Lie To Me, it would be nice to see some dudes, too. Nevermind that they’re replacing a dude (reynolds) with a chick. (dear god, hopefully not permanently). But all the guest stars seem to be women. Lovely. But I do enjoy seeing attractive males on TV, too.
