Episode 2×3 Press Release – “Control Factor”

1 October 2009 at 1:02 am

“Control Factor”, originally 2×4, will now air as 2×3. When “Honey” will air is yet to be announced. (That’s the hostage ep with guest star Garret Dillahunt.) Wouldn’t surprise me if they kept it until November sweeps, though.

EDIT: “Honey” to air October 19th

Storylines like this always make me nervous. For one, taking the lead out of the usual sets doesn’t always work and always feels like something is missing (he won’t have the rest of the cast to bounce off – though I do really like Emily so it could work). But mainly, I hope they are careful having Gillian working with Cal’s rival. I hope nothing romantic happens between the two of them, and that there’s a nice Cal/Gillian reunion scene (even just as friends) when he gets back.

Looking forward to this one!! Rader’s “long standing crush” on Gillian combined with the fact that he was once Cal’s protege means Cal has to be aware of the guy’s feelings! Wonder how Cal will take the flirting between Gillian and Rader, if he finds out. ;) I really don’t see Gillian pursuing the guy out of respect for Cal, but there’s nothing wrong with some innocent flirting. :)

Isn’t “Truth or Consequences” with James Marsters the second episode now airing October 5? Originally the third episode, called “Honey”, was the hostage one, right?

Maybe this latter one is now fourth?

@Jean: You’re absolutely right about the ep titles. I’ve had so much going on lately, I completely missed that I put that. (Did it in two places! :) Thanks for pointing it out. As to whether “Honey” is now fourth, we’ll find out soon.
